I was called for a phone interview by a panel of 3 staff. I was later invited for aptitude tests and the face-to-face interview. Series of aptitude tests, followed by a one-on-one interview

It was a lengthy process. I had to conduct psychological tests by answer a wide variety of questions online that took around 8 hours. This was followed by an assessment by a psychologist. Once through this phase, I had a round of three one-on-one interviews with various staff. I also had to conduct aptitude testing on basic math and mechanical processes. From beginning to end, the process took six months.
