The interview process was laid back and comfortable, although I worried at first. We didn't match in terms of experience and expectations, but it was fine. We had time to discuss my test task and just chat in general about my previous work experience and vision for the company.

The deadline for completion was flexible, allowing me to showcase my skills without unnecessary time constraints. Following the completion of the task, I had the opportunity to interview with several members of the team.
