First Hr screening, iOS Technical Interview. 1. None of the questions I was asked related to any specific achievements listed on my CV. 2. The interviewer consistently maintained a disinterested and unengaged tone, even when I provided correct answers. This left me puzzled and unsure about their satisfaction. 3. In cases where my responses were incorrect, it seemed as though the interviewer deliberately pushed for an incorrect answer, making the interview feel more like an adversarial test rather than a knowledge exchange. 4. On one occasion, I gave a correct answer, but the interviewer persisted in deeming it wrong. I was confident in my response, but the emphasis was on proving me wrong, rather than having a constructive discussion. 5. The interview predominantly focused on just two or three topics, specifically Solid principles and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), which are typically asked of junior developers. I answered these questions effectively, but this didn't seem to be an appropriate evaluation for a senior developer. 6. Surprisingly, there was not a single question related to SwiftUI, despite it being a mandatory requirement in the job description. 7. Overall, it appeared that the interview was a waste of time, and the interviewer seemed intent on making me feel inadequate for the position. 8. The interview environment was unprofessional, with background noise from people talking around the interviewer and a poor internet connection. 9. In summary, the interview did not provide any meaningful benefits for me, and I left with the feeling that I had squandered my time. 10: I did not receive any follow-up or feedback regarding the interview.
