YouthBuild USA interview questions

I had a positive and encouraging 15 minute phone screening with HR where she guaranteed I would hear back either way in the next week. However, I was ghosted even after sending a follow up email, which seems to be unfortunately the norm for even nonprofits like YouthBuild in this utterly dehumanizing job market.
