Interview
There are several interviews, including a telephone screen and 3 in person. Background checks and reference checks are performed prior to an offer being made.
The interview is very thorough - to ensure that there is a good fit for both the employee and employer.

Interview
Very rigorous, 4 interviews (screening, testing, manager and then director). The screening is the most difficult for people to get past. However, if you can get past that and you actually are an accountant you can pass the testing and then the interviews are very detailed.

The first interview is 1.5 hours and consists of an accounting exam and an Excel assessment. The second interview includes a case study that you prepare before the meeting. The interview is 2 hours long and includes several behavioral type questions.
