      Application

I interviewed at YOYABA (Berlin) in Feb 2026

      Interview

The interview process included 3 interviews with a take-home case study to be presented in the 3rd interview to a panel of 3 people. The case study required analytical skills to analyze a business dataset and drive conclusions and business recommendations. Several days were given to complete the case study.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Present the case study. However, the request wasn't clear. They were expected the candidate to present as if presenting to a customer (e.g consulting) instead of presenting the case study internally to a colleague. Yet no mention was made or presenting the case study as if presenting to a customer. This is an important nuance. With that, they expected that the presentation does not dive into low-level details but stays high-level like what would be presented to a customer.
