Xeinadin interview questions

Only went through 1 interview and interviewer was not in the least interested. She was playing with her phone and looking out the window. Within twenty four hours I received a rejection and the feedback was that I was not detailed enough

Pleasant conversation with in-house recruiter / HR person. Said I would be contacted by hiring manager to set up an interview and I never heard from anyone again. Thought it was a bit unprofessional to be left hanging like that instead of just saying we’ve decided to go another way etc.
