Interview was fairly straightforward. I was told about the open position, and spoke of my experience. The initial interview was a video call, and it went really well. Well enough that I was told on that call I would be moving to the next round interview as well as what to expect for next steps.
I provided my availability upon request so the next interview could be scheduled. That's when things got strange. After providing my availability, which was pretty flexible, I NEVER heard back. I followed up with the HM, and never got a response. Completely ghosted after being told face to face on the video call I would be getting that 2nd interview.
Completely unprofessional. As a growing company take note, reciprocate the respect candidates give to you when they take the time out of their schedules/lives to interview by at a minimum following up when you are contacted directly.
