The interview process had about 3-4 stages. I first met with the Head of People, then had a session with the Head of Department, followed by a technical test, and finally, an interview with the founder. Even though it sounds lengthy, everything moved along pretty fast, and the whole thing was wrapped up in less than 3 weeks. I actually enjoyed the experience, everyone I interacted with was really welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me, which kept things feeling relaxed and easygoing but still professional.

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wunder Mobility (Hamburg) in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview process has multiples steps. Interviews with the Head of People and then your hiring manager. There is a role play exercise and then the interview with the founder. The process is quite fast even with the number of steps so you can be done with it in 2 weeks or so. I like the process because the people I spoke with seemed genuinely interested in me and my skills and the process was not tense or stressful. It was more of a pleasant process of having conversations with friendly people.
