I went in to interview a couple of times with the same manager. Both times upon arriving he was unable to see me and they attempted to scramble together an interview with someone who was entirely unprepared to see me. The interview itself was easy as can be, but I can imagine that was mostly because the person had absolutely no time to prepare for me. Their response time from HR was great, and very helpful, but overall I felt the company was simply too unorganized to switch too.
