I applied online. I interviewed at Worldwide Events
Interview
I progressed through the initial interview stage and was informed I'd be invited to a second round - but only after I proactively requested feedback on my application. After that conversation, the communication completely stopped.
Despite the promise of scheduling a second interview, I never received any details about timing or next steps. I followed up multiple times seeking clarification but received no response whatsoever. Not even a courtesy email to explain what happened or whether they'd moved forward with other candidates.
This lack of basic professional courtesy was disappointing and a complete waste of my time. Even a simple "we've decided to proceed with other candidates" would have been respectful and allowed me to move on.
Overall: The recruitment process reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and respect for candidates' time. Clear communication is a basic expectation, and the complete silence after promising a second round is unacceptable.

Interview
The interview process was straight forward and there was great communication across the time of interviews.
I had an initial phone chat, then a formal interview, followed by a call to offer the role.

Interview
I submitted an application and received an email for a 1st stage interview with a HR coordinator. The interview was scheduled via zoom but the interviewer did not put their camera on despite my camera being on. They claimed it was because their camera did not work which I did not believe but I never said anything. The interview went well and my experience was more than a match for the role which the interviewer noted. However I received an email about a week later saying that they had decided to pause recruitment for the role.
