World Resources Institute interview questions

Two rounds interviews. One with HR, knowing more about candidate's background; the second is with +1 managers, including behaviroural questions and situational ones. The overall process is well-paced and the interviewers are very nice.

Been through interviews for two jobs at this company and been unimpressed by the professional nature of WRI staff and HR. Both times I made it to the final round to only be ghosted and have to chase down a rejection from the HR contact. When HR finally got back to me they claimed to have already sent a general rejection which never happened. I left both interview experiences feeling disrespected for my time and effort in their processes.
