This was something unique to any interview process I've done before. Being the Network Engineer position I received a short document describing an office environment not too dissimilar to Spreetail's and asked to present how I would work out some specific network/technology challenges. I prepared a short Power Point presentation and expected a very formal stand-at-a-podium type presentation but we worked with a few people in a small meeting room so it was a very comfortable back and forth with team members that helped me get over the nerves of presenting and talk about the skills and knowledge I could bring to the team
