I was met promptly by the hiring manager who reviewed my previous work experience within the field (I had worked 3-4 previous restaurant jobs, but never one in fine dining.) We conversed for some time on my ideas about local food, agriculture, and the farm-to-table concept and dining experience. It was laid back and comfortable, but Woodberry Kitchen definitely knows the "type" they are looking for. Be intelligent, driven, professional, fashionable, and reliable! You will find an immediate hire if a position is open. They love us artist-types in the front of the house and understand that being a back-waiter/server may not be your ultimate dream in life. Have respect for high-quality food and the chefs and you will fall in love with this place.
