WoodGreen Community Services interview questions

Email to schedule interview with 2 people (hiring manager and HR person). Got the offer 1 week later, pending reference and VSS checks. Was not able to negotiate salary, vacation or anything at all.

The interview was held by the hiring manager, hiring supervisor and HR advisor, who introduced me to the role, and all took took turns asking me interview questions. The employer-lead part of the interview lasted 45 mins, after which I had an opportunity to ask the hiring manager and supervisor questions.
