3. Technical Round 2 (Optional) - This may be with India delivery lead to check your confidence
4. Salary discussion and issuance of the offer letter.
Cons: Growing organization, immense opportunity to grow and learn new technologies
Pros: Policies are not transparent. Hike and perks are very limited.

Their interview was very clear and fast process.
HR is really helpful throughout the entire onboarding process.
I had 3 rounds of interview.
1st round was with Founder: I was so shocked to see that founder of company is a high technical person. He will not ask more technical details but he will make sure which position you fit in for this company. He is very generous and insightful. 1st round predicts "1st impression is the last impression."
2nd Round: My second round was technical discussion with the delivery head from USA.
He asked me so many questions all relevant to the job profile. Very clear and high technical discussion.
3rd Round: With HR for job comfort, Salary discussion, work location and designation.
Overall very nice and best experience of interview.
