Very slow interview process with a lack of proper communication. There were also two many rounds of interviews where I had to constantly repeat myself to multiple panelists (background and experience). The HR interview was the worst. I was initially supposed to meet with two people but I met with one person. This person completely wasted my time for weeks. She didn’t answer my calls or emails just because I had a family emergency and couldn’t complete my onboarding on time (which I apologised for). They don’t give chances or take into account health and emotional wellbeing and I would not want to work for such a company.

The interview process was wonderful. The Within3 recruiter is top-notch. He communicated clearly; and the entire interview process was very transparent. I had three interviews within 5 days; with each team member I met, all interviews were very thoughtful. The transparent process was much appreciated.
