Getting email for interview offer. Going to the office for the interview. Usually the hiring manager from the respective department will interview you. For me i have two person interviewed me at the same time . Some only one person . Depends on department and the manager it self

First getting the phone call from HR for interview. Then go for face to face interview. The interview is with hiring manager . After pass with the HM, later HR will call for salary negotiation and letter offer .
