I knew someone who referred me. I applied online and was called the next day for a one on one interview at their property. The manager conducted an approximately 30 minute interview and offered me the job on the spot. I was required to take a drug test, and complete fair housing before I was allowed on the leasing floor.

Easy interview process but received no follow up after phone screen and long questionnaire about work style. I was talked to about three different positions I would be eligible for. I have experienced this on two occasions I have applied for the company.

It wasn’t much no call back I wouldn’t recommend so idk what much more to say the lease. Up is now open so I hope they doing well I may apply again depending on pay rates

The interview was one of the best experiences ive ever had. I was asked ..."what do you see yourself doing in the future..." and I answered " I am looking forward to becoming Mananger one day" As the interview was coming to an end I was more than ready to start my Employment with Lincoln. It was just such positive vibes.
