Process went really smooth, had 2 interview rounds
- 1st interview was with the CEO, it was a catch-up session to know more about the role, the game, where I can contribute, team collaboration and working style along with touching upon a few technical aspects of the game
- 2nd round interview was technical, needed to create a pitch deck for the team based on the MDA framework. Also, focus was around clarity, communication (verbal and documentation) along with design thought process.
