Wicked Witch Software interview questions

The interview was smooth, friendly, the interviewers had a clear set of goals when asking questions. It seemed important to them that they found a good fit and not just a good artist, which I saw as a positive sign.

Process involved a video review on work history and a 4 hour programming exam from hacker rank. Interview expects high talent for low offerings. If your expectations are beyond their range they will stone wall you and will no longer be interested in taking your follow up calls. No room to negotiate salary and they will also back pedal on their previous offerings to even lower offerings.
