Had a brief screening call and was immediately invited in for an in-person interview the next day. In-person interview consisted of discussing best and worst experiences in customer service, favorite whole foods products, and discussion of how to handle difficult customer service interactions.

I was hired internally. It was a relaxed atmosphere. They asked some common and uncommon interview questions. I didn't find any of them too difficult, but they also weren't your typical retail questions.

The interview process was not stressful. They just want to know what you would do in certain situations. It was pretty easy to come up with a response to the scenarios.
