      Operations Analyst Interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Wheels Up

      Interview

There were three rounds of interviews with management which were pleasant and went well. After the third interview HR didn't provide any feedback and didn't return email or calls. Not knowing the thinking behind this - did someone change their mind? Did a budget roadblock come up? I decided to accept another offer before it was withdrawn. Subsequently, I heard the company needed more time to prepare their own offer. The organization may want to look at how the HR function could promote a more transparent relationship with candidates.
