A phone interview with HR, then another phone interview with the managers, then another in person interview on-site for half a day. There was a 3d imagination test, kinda like a basic IQ test. There was also a solid works modelling.

Day 1: Phone Interview/screening (30 min) Day 2: In-person interview with HR and engineering director and manager. This took 1 hour. Day 3: Arrived in the morning to take a test on mechanical concepts and spatial relations. This took 3 hours.
