Fairly good,
Took about 45 minute face to face interview and asked about me and then behavioural questions. Not as scary as I thought they make you feel comfortable and if you make it feel like a conversation rather than an interview really helps ease up the whole vibe :)

Question 1
What was one thing you did that went above and beyond for a customer
I applied online. I interviewed at Westpac Group (Sydney) in Jun 2026
Interview
The interview process included an online interview with three Westpac employees that were either scrum masters or engineers. There was no pressure and overall a good vibe. Questions were not too difficult and measured problem solving and communication abilities.

Question 1
What was a time you had to learn something new quickly
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Westpac Group (Surfers Paradise) in Mar 2026
Interview
I cant belive companies like westpac is so unprofessional, HR literally told me my application is processing well and they are doing background check and soon I’ll receive offer, and rejected me because I’m not based in Gold coast. ( I was based in brisbane and clearly mentioned I’m ready to relocate).
Even in interview they said you don’t need to relocate as there are always trains from brissy but I said for my comfort I would like to.
Company politics is so stupid leaves you with fake hopes and disappointment.
