Its was very easy and quick. The Manager asked many questions on my time and customer situations. A part of the interview was me going around and shadowing the workers. Teamwork is highly relevant at this job.
Easy interview, very quick with singular manager. We went over past experience, what shifts I'd be willing to work, and different common knowledge. Overall easy and not many tasks. Onboarding is similar, a lot of videos.
Personal. Just walk in they made time for me and we went over what they were looking for and then they asked me about previous work which I didn't have and they said that wouldn't be a problem.
