Phone interview with someone at Corporate followed by in person interview on site. Everyone was friendly and patient throughout the process. This company is extremely thorough in its practices, and that has proven to extend from the interview phase to now working full time with the company. Both interviews were very open and conversational. They got to know me and I was able to learn a lot about the company, as well.

First you apply online. Shortly after you receive an e-mail inviting you to do a video interview. As long as a week may pass before you are updated. If you are, you will be invited to set up a date for a phone interview. At the conclusion of the phone interview you are given some information about being contacted by regional representative. Another week or two may pass before this happens, if they do call you set up a face to face interview. This last interview is with the person who will eventually hire you if selected. It is a very lengthy process and they are not timely about updating you on the progression of the process. None of the interviews are particularly difficult. They are mainly about introducing yourself, learning about the position, and answering many questions about your resume and work history. It does not seem like a fair process, and the interviewers are heavily biased. Don't be surprised if the interview seems to go well. It is laid back in general. The regional director in Phoenix is not even a fan of the program and seems reluctant to give young talent a chance. The description says that all backgrounds are welcome, but they are clearly not. Very inefficient, little process fairness, low energy, poor communication.
