Got approached by the recruiter on linkedin, asked to complete the test, which i passed but later recruiter conveyed they are going ahead with candidate whose experience matches more with their expectations. The process was totally wrong, you first screen the candidate then go ahead with interview process , It just seemed unprofessional behavior to me. Time wastage, i didn’t see any point of getting no interview scheduled after clearing the test. Process should be in correct place.
