Interview
Very laid back. The interviewer looked at my resume and asked me to elaborate on my former work experience. Being bilingual was very important because the company deals a lot with LATAM companies. I felt a little over dressed. The interviewer was wearing a white button up and ripped jeans. Most techie and digital marketing/advertising jobs are laid back when it comes to attire. Don't have to go in a suit.

Interview
Skype interview with the founder, usual questions very easy and he is very nice and pleasant. Nothing to be afraid off just stay cool and be yourself. He likes young talent and specially motivated so just show your motivation for the job and put in evidence your skills and it should be good.
