WeTransfer interview questions

Process was quite efficient from end to end. My recruiter offered feedback after interviews as soon as she'd hear back which made it quite enjoyable. In total I went through 4 rounds.

After the recruiter screening, I did a behavioral interview. The interviewer was very friendly and asked questions about my most recent experience, most relevant experience, how I have worked together in a team before or reviewed code so far. There was also a question about “a time I broke something” and how I’ve dealt with it, as well as a question about my behaviour during a previous conflict in the team.
