Screener interview, then interview with principal, reference check and calling from HR. After accepting the job verbally, HR sends an offer letter and information about the new hiring process including fingerprinting.

15 questions taped to the table... I hope that the interview process has been revamped under the new HR director. Overall, the previous process was unacceptable.
