Interview
It was fairly organized. I was called in twice, interviewed by two store leaders. The one at headquarters was harder to connect with so she sent me to the store leader at another location and eventually we clicked. Training took place in HQ, 1 week process.
The interview process was seamless and easy. My interviewer was kind, respectful, and asked insightful questions, as well as provided insightful responses. I had a fun time getting to know what it would be like to work there.

Interview
Very easy and felt comfortable with interviewer. I was asked about situational scenarios. Talked about company values and asked which do you identify with and why. Overall, they went over expectations and what the company has to offer.
One interview, which includes questions of sales knowledge experience, specific case scenarios and over all ambition and reason for applying. Additional questions included the desired pay, the time and availability.
