I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walsworth (Overland Park, KS)
Interview
I had gone through numerous phone interviews and a Skype interview before being flown out to Kansas City to their corporate office for an in-person interview. Everyone I had talked to was extremely nice and on the day of my in-person interview, I was able to meet a variety of employees of differing positions and management levels which provided me a unique perspective on the people that work at Walsworth. The process was long but nothing out of the ordinary for a company that wants to invest long-term into their business by making sure they the best talent.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Walsworth (Overland Park, KS) in May 2016
Interview
Everyone I encountered at Walsworth was generally very nice and helpful. However I feel my time was wasted in the end, flew me up to Kansas City for nothing. I didn't apply to them, their recruiter found me. If you don't have at least 5+ years of sales experience don't even both applying. In the end a rep from their competitor found me and I accepted an offer from Jostens instead.
