Extremely disappointing. Having worked for Waitrose in the exact same role before, I thought the position advertised would be a fantastic opportunity to work nearby in a job I already knew how to perform in. I headed to the interview confident but cautious that I must be humble. The interview was straightforward. I had a solo 1-1 interview with 2 Partners interviewing , Along with a group interview with only 2 candidates present. (Questions below). Throughout the process, I showed my experience in the role and my answers made clear from the outset that I would be able to hit the ground running if I was hired. From my point of view, the interview went well. Unfortunately, this appeared to not be the case, as 6 days later I receive the news that I was unsuccessful. I'm unsure exactly why I wasn't desirable, and it bothers me. I have requested feedback, and hopefully my queries are answered.
