Fill out a Mini app and call a number to answer questions if you pass that they give you a reference # at which point you give that to a manager then they run a background check if passed you will be given a interview and a big app to fill out along with tax forms they ask you ask your life and why you wanna work there the normal stuff
I completed the application online and I did a phone's screen as well as a video interview. I got a call to meet with district manager i got the job a week later

Interview
The interview process was fast and easy, and I really felt like the manager was a true genuine person. They were kind and friendly and made me feel less nervous about the process.
Sit with the manager. They ask basic questions. Example: Do you have a Criminal history ?, Have you ever worked for Waffle House before ?, What were your prior jobs?
