The process was 3 steps- meeting with the recruiter, managing paralegal and then an attorney. I first spoke with the recruiter (who was not the person that reached out to me) for about 10 minutes and was the told the managing paralegal would be joining. The recruiter then dropped out of the zoom meeting and the interview with paralegal was about 5 mins before she ended the interview because they weren't clear on exactly what they wanted (someone with or without litigation experience. I was not able to ask any questions. Despite that I received some confused communication about doing an interview with the attorney. I felt unsure due to the poor communication and awkward interview situation I had so far, but moved forward anyway. The whole process felt rushed and like they just needed to fill the position with anyone.
