Mostly Behavioral questions, nothing technical really. I was sensing that Interviewers were trying to test and find out whether you are a people person and can perform client facing jobs. Interview was for about an hour and half.

In total, I had two interviews which were basically focussing on getting to know the person with very basic technical questions. However, you still had to know exactly where the reinsurance market is going and sell your self as an enthusiastic and intrinsically motivated person.
