fair poor questions did ask about skills and background was a 2 person interview with questions related to past experiance and doing the job interviewing for. The interviewers were not real interested in the person or there background more age related, and not very open to questions or telling more about the job expections,ststed good training but the traing was so poor 2/3 of staf hired were let go after 2 months of work due to poor traqining methods
