WE interview questions

It was three rounds with the current director, two XFN partners, and the executive director. All behavioral style questions for the interview and pretty standard content. There were no case studies involved.

3-4 week process from application, to phone interview to in-person interview. Not too bad, met great people. The in-person interview was very thorough and you got an idea of what the job would be like. I declined to continue after reading reviews about work environment.
