I was selected to undertake the written assessment. The questions were based on real life client projects that V&P had completed. We were given 1h45mins to complete the assignment. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of communication from the hiring team after I completed the written assessment. Complete radio silence, despite sending out a follow up email. Candidates spent 2 hours of their time (during working hours!) to complete the assignment yet they were not given the decency of at least a rejection email. The staff facilitating the written assessment also seemed poorly prepared and she joined the call 15 minutes later than the scheduled start time.
