The whole process took about 4 weeks. There was a phone screen with HR, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager, followed by an in-person interview with some of the cross-functional team members. In the end they went with another canadite. The culture and company seemed great, and the people I interviewed with seemed to really love their jobs. The new building is absolutely beautiful.
