The interview process consisted of an online test followed by an Assessment Centre. The online test assessed aptitude and problem-solving skills, while the Assessment Centre included group exercises, presentations, and interviews. Provided a good opportunity to demonstrate both technical and interpersonal abilities.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you worked as part of a team to solve a challenging problem. What was your role, and what was the outcome?
Sat down with the manager and owner and went through an example scenario with prep time with a sheet of information and what the customer's problem was. then interviewer goes through how you answered and an example of how you would respond to this scenario in the role properly

Interview
Applied online and received a call for face to face interview in Glasgow. Interview process is very inline the standard, tell me a time when X and lasted for an hour. Very pleasant people.
