Interview
The structure of the process was initial application online, an online video interview and then finally the assessment centre. The day itself was good fun, a lot less stressful than any other assessment centre I've been to. A whole day (9-4.30) so make sure you're well prepared for a wide variety of assessment tasks. You get to meet grads at the assessment day so make the most of that opportunity, they're a gold mine for information.
**I'm still waiting to hear back the outcome of this interview so I've selected no offer but I will update this as and when I hear**

Thanks for your feedback, really pleased you enjoyed the day and whilst you mention you found the interview difficult, we need to be challenging to make sure we recruit the very best people. You are right meeting the grads is by far the biggest insight you will get into the company.

Completed the online application.Now have progressed to video interview on the online portal.Getting preparations sorted for the interview questions.We have some time to prepare for each of the interview questions offered.

2) quickly sifted through to a video interview. had to complete within a week
3) assessment centre - group activity, 1:1 interview and case study
the feedback was terrible! it consisted solely of negative comments and no positive feedback whatsoever. this is despite the fact that i was told on the day that i performed very well. feedback like this isn't very good at all, and can really impact someones ability to interview in the future. they need to improve on this.
