While Vitsoe present an elegant hiring process on their careers pages, I experienced an incredibly drawn out interview process over several months. They added surprise extra stages and tasks, and were consistently inconsistent throughout. Final outcome was presented as the result of a committee decision, but this felt like a way for management to avoid accountability. Best avoided.
