It was hard and too much questions , they asked more than 30 questions and 3 staged part.Each stages very long last one 90 minutes maybe more than Once, a user had a laptop that kept overheating and shutting down unexpectedly. I ran diagnostics, which identified a failing fan. I then contacted the IT department to order a replacement fan and guided the user through the safe disassembly and installation process. This resolved the issue and prevented potential data loss.
