I actually had two interviews! One for float in Camden and one for Post Surgical in Mount Holly. I genuinely think Virtua really advocates for passionate student who want a foot in the door in a hospital system. The interviews were pretty straight forwards mainly with questions regarding my experience, how I would balance school with the job and why I chose Virtua
