VH offered a smooth interview process to include quick response from application, upfront communication and scheduling, and hosted a welcoming 2 person panel review. There were just a few questions asked.

Panel interview with skills assessment completed before. Typical situational type questions such as “tell me about a time such and such happened and how did you handle the situation…or tell me about a project that failed and what happened…”
