Desperation in back-filling a role for a company that's growing very quickly. The people seem to be great people and proabbly good to work with. The process took only three weeks from recruiter to a two hour video conference panel interview. The panel interveiw was with two pairs of people who were all very busy. The first hour was two peers for the role, and they balanced their continual current work interruptions pretty well. The second hour was the networking manager who asked one question "When did you last work in a data center?" and then mentally checked out after my answer didn't meet his expecation, and another engineer who spent most of the time distractedly asking questions and not really listening. Overall, a good interview process, but not a good fit.
