Kind of funny, I was the first salaried employee they hired and already had massive experience in large format design and printing practices. So during the tour I mentioned a few things that would help out production and the co-founder offered me the job. They were much smaller then (There was no HR then)

I first got a phone call first in which we briefly discussed what they where looking for. This turned into an interview on site face to face with the CEO, COO. They were very forward and to the point. They listened to what I had to say and answered my questions professionally.

I completed a phone interview and then a panel interview followed at the company's facility with the CEO, COO and CFO. They were very professional and welcoming. I felt very comfortable with the process and they were very thorough with their inquiries. Very professional and approachable individuals.
