I did not interview. I knew the manager that worked at another Victoria's Secret and she told us to go to another one because they needed help. So me and my friend went to this Victoria's Secret and we got the job because they actually did need workers. It was during holiday, so that is an excuse i assume why we were not trained. But as we kept advancing we were trained by the employees and managers that worked there
